This retreat will be a journey; a journey of mind, body and spirit. As women we love and give so much. This retreat will be our time just for us. It will be our time to pause and discover and rediscover ourselves as individuals and our unique female body-minds. We will learn to acknowledge our bodies and the nutritional needs that will allow us to have the fullest physical experience. We will explore the sometimes seemingly mystical world of hormones and our own unique hormonal blueprint, and learn how to work with that blueprint to empower our experience as women. And, most importantly, we will embark on a journey of self-love as we go within to discover our gifts as women and through self-empowerment and meditative techniques free our spirits in a way that will regenerate our soul energy and allow us to live a more stress free life.
Session 1: When Stress Speaks
Stress, hormones and how food affects it all
Our authentic self-expression as women is closely tied with the uniqueness of our hormonal system. In this session we will explore our uniqueness as women, with a focus on our hormones, how stress affects it and the foods that heal and harmonize imbalances in the body.
Session 2: Balance and harmony
Our body and mind work closely together to ensure we live a healthy, balanced life. Find out how different aspects of our life affect our physical and emotional health. We will explore the need to balance all areas of our life, how to identify, honor and express our emotions with awareness.
Session 3: The Wisdom of our Hormones
Getting off the roller coaster and tapping into our internal blueprint
In this session we will learn about, explore and reclaim the wisdom and gift of our monthly cycle and of the cycle of life. We will also see how we contribute to the health of the planet when we follow our feminine nature.
Session 4: Be Still and Know
Befriending your inner-guide with self-empowerment and meditative techniques
In this session we will explore a variety of self-empowerment techniques, each designed to strengthen your connecting with your inner-voice. This will be an interactive session, with individual and group exercises.
To ensure a quality hands-on experience, this class is limited to 15 participants.
