Yoga is about exploring and learning in a fun, safe and playful way. Yoga and kids are a great match! Join us while we provide a fun, empowering and educational experience. We will use games, crafts and other tools and activities to help children focus their minds and stretch their bodies, all while having loads of fun. Yoga and meditation has been long considered a wonderful means of stress management.
