Maureen Dinkins has been teaching yoga since 2004. Since then she has made several trips to Mysore, India to study Ashtanga Yoga with her teacher Sharath Jois. In 2014 she received Authorization Level 1 from the K. Pattabhi Jois Yoga Institute in Mysore. Her extensive studies of the many aspects of yoga and her knowledge of anatomy helps her to teach her students of how important the mind body connection is. Her goal is to help her students grow in their yoga practice by meeting them at their level. With regular practice over many years the benefits of yoga are apparent and many great life changes will occur. Join Maureen as she safely guides you through gaining more understanding of your body through the journey of bending the spine, shoulders and pelvis in this back bend workshop.
