What was your favorite part of this YTT experience? My favorite part of YTT at Inspirit is hard to say bc I really loved everything. I built amazing lifelong friendships with women I would have never otherwise met. I learned to to properly execute asanas and how to cue properly to lead a whole class and I did not know how to do any of that before schooling. The philosophy part of the experience was fantastic and added onto my my already existing knowledge of the yogic culture. And last but not least, the Instructor. Ravenflower is such a genuine person and I feel meeting her was such a blessing thru this experience.

What was the most valuable lesson learned? I learned how to lead a yoga class, which was my main goal for this program…but the most valuable lesson was humility and authenticity. Those two things have shifted my frequency and vibration to another level since attending YTT.

What are you looking forward to learning more about? I will continue to learn the path of a yogi until I transition. The growth never ends. I hope to take more classes related to more physical asanas, Kryas and meditation.

Did this YTT shift your perspective in a positive way and in what way? My perspective on life has elevated in ways I didn’t expect. I am more connected, more peaceful and overall more fulfilled in my life.

Do you plan on teaching classes now and where would you ideally like to teach, what level, & what demographic? I am teaching classes at the Ritz Carlton Resort. I would enjoy teaching at a yoga studio, to keep raising my frequency and being surrounded by a community that supports my growth and has a similar mindset.

What is your advice for anyone wanting to do this training? DO IT! Yoga is said to circle around you until the time is right. Yoga chooses you. If Yoga has chosen you, you already know it. So trust it. Trust yourself and do it! 🙏💫
