Welcome to the inspirit family Oh🤗 She will no Welcome to the inspirit family Oh🤗

She will now be teaching a class every Saturday from 10am to 11:15. 
This class will be a gentle slow flow practice, which will end with a healing meditation and sounds from the Crystal singing bowls and other instruments of sound.
The pure tones from these sacred instruments allow your mind and body to relax and let go. The sounds will be your guide to a blissful journey. You will leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, restored, renewed and rested. 

Make sure you preregister for the class on mindbody. It will be located in our second location, suite #206.

Thank you to everyone who showed up today to welcome this new year! We started with writing down and sharing what is it we want to manifest this year, moved through 12 sets of 9 sun salutations, each set with a new intention, then ended with a guided meditation.
It was not easy, but as a community we pushed through, we kept going and we did it💜💜💜

Begin the New Year with the right intentions! Rav Begin the New Year with the right intentions! 
Raven and Wendy will lead you through 108 sun salutations after writing and sharing our New Years intentions.

The practice will be broken up into 9 cycles of 12 sun salutations, each round with a specific intention. We will encourage you to move at your own pace and take breaks as needed.

The practice of joining together as a community to engage in Yoga, mindfulness and a collective purpose of energy can be so powerful, we really hope to see many of you there!

Class will be held on Saturday January 2nd from 9am to 11am and cost $15.

*NEW PROGRAM ANNOUNCEMENT* We are now offering a *NEW PROGRAM ANNOUNCEMENT* 

We are now offering a Mysore Yoga program! The classes will be everyday from 6:30am to 8:30am except Saturdays. The schedule is posted on our website and Mindbody, and you can purchase the program there. This will be led by our amazing Ashtanga teacher @jessica.rovira 🤗💖

The Mysore program is the traditional method of learning Ashtanga Yoga. Unlike the very common LED class in which you depend on the direction of the teacher and the momentum of the class as a whole, what makes Mysore unique, is I work individually with each student as a part of the whole. This gives the practitioner an opportunity to work at their own pace and focus on their own individual growth.

Ego Eradicator. A Kriya we often practice during Ego Eradicator. 

A Kriya we often practice during Kundalini Yoga as It’s a powerful way to release negativity and cut through anything that is blocking you.

Ego Eradicator has many benefits because while simultaneously clearing your lungs, expanding their capacity, increasing vital energy and it repairs the balance between the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems and it strengthens the navel chakra.

How do you do it? 

This exercise can be done in Easy Pose or Rock Pose. 
Close your eyes, bring your point of focus above the head, and raise the arms up to a 60 degree angle. Keep the elbows straight and the shoulders down. 
Apply Neck Lock. Curl the fingertips on to the pads of the palms at the base of the fingers. Thumbs are stretched back, pointing towards each other.

Practice breath of fire and hold from 3 to 11 minutes.

What is Ashtanga? The Sanskrit word Ashtanga, li What is Ashtanga? 

The Sanskrit word Ashtanga, literally translates to “eight-limbs” and refers to the eight limbs outlined by Patanjali in the Yoga sutras which include moral and ethical guidelines, postures, breath work, sense withdrawal, concentration and meditation.

Traditional Ashtanga yoga follows the same sequence and series of poses in a precise order, and works your entire body.
It is completely open to beginners and the teacher will guide you through each and every pose, with the eventual goal being that you can move through at your own pace.
