Join Dana Kaplan, E-RYT 500 as she guides you through a deep, restorative yin yoga practice that will prepare you for a great night of rest! Yin yoga is a series of long-held floor poses in which we relax the muscles completely to allow the gentle stress of the pose to sink into the deep connective tissues (joints, ligaments, bones, cartilages, tendons & fascia). This gentle stressing of the connective tissues increases our range of motion. The focus is on the hips and lower back where we are abundant in these yin tissues. This practice is accessible to all levels of practice. Dana’s voice will guide and relax you. Richard’s heavenly music will help you to let go completely and go even deeper into bliss. The practice will end with a guided meditation and sound bath.
