Paddleboard Yoga Experience (All Levels Welcome)

Step onto the water and into a completely new way of moving, breathing, and connecting.

Our 2-hour Paddleboard Yoga Experience is designed for all levels—whether you’ve never stepped on a paddleboard before or you’re already comfortable on the water. We begin with a guided introduction to help you feel confident and supported, learning how to balance and move on your board seated, kneeling, or standing at your own pace.

Once you feel grounded, we transition into a gentle, all-levels yoga flow—allowing the natural rhythm of the water to deepen your awareness, engage your core, and invite a sense of calm presence.

This experience is not about perfection—it’s about presence, play, and connection.
